About
You are hiring a company rather than a freelancer. You contract with Zenithshots; we assign and brief the photographer from our own roster, check every frame before you see it, and if an assigned photographer cannot attend we send another of comparable experience on the same terms at the same price. That is written into the agreement rather than offered as goodwill. We photograph the day rather than stage it, work in available light wherever a room allows it, and deliver every frame worth keeping in a private gallery with a print release, typically four to eight weeks after the day.
What sets them apart
We research every venue before we shoot it and publish what we find: 1,120 venue guides across 48 states, free to read whether or not you ever book us. Where the light falls and at what hour, which rooms photograph well, where the ceremony goes when it rains. It is also why we can tell you on the phone what your day will actually look like.

Questions they are often asked
When do we get the photographs?
The first files within five days, the edited set within twenty-one, and your gallery within fifty-six. Those are the dates in the contract, not aspirations.
Do you travel?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, and the guides we publish cover forty-eight states. Travel is quoted separately and honestly.
What happens if it rains?
We shoot it. Some of the best photographs we have taken were in weather nobody wanted.
How long do we have the gallery?
Sixty days online, and you can download everything at full size for as long as you like.
When they are free
Marked days are taken. Anything unmarked is open as far as they have told us — worth confirming when you write to them.
