Shoot with us
We take on a small number of photographers each year to second shoot and, in time, to lead their own weddings and sessions. We care about how you see a room more than how long your CV is, so the portfolio link below is the part we look at first.
What working with us looks like
- You are engaged per assignment as an independent contractor, and you are paid after delivery on a clear day rate agreed in writing before the shoot.
- We brief you properly: a running order, the names that matter, the shots the client has asked for, and a contact at the venue.
- You hand over the RAW files and we take the editing from there, so your week is not swallowed by a cull.
- Everyone starts as a second shooter, whatever their experience. That is not a test of whether you are good — it is how we learn how each other works before a client’s wedding depends on it.
What we ask
- Backup bodies, lenses and cards, because a card failure at a wedding cannot be fixed afterwards.
- Your own liability insurance, or a willingness to arrange it before your first paid assignment.
- That you turn up when you said you would, dressed for the occasion, and that the client never has to manage you.
