What happens after you send this
You will hear back within one working day, from a person, with honest availability for your date and a single number for your day — not a brochure and not a “packages from” figure with the important parts left out.
If you would like to talk it through, the next step is a twenty-minute video call. It is free, there is no obligation, and it will tell you more about whether you want us at your wedding than any price list can. If your date, your venue or your budget are not a good fit for us, we will say so rather than talk you into it.

Guest count and hours move the price more than anything else, so those four things are usually enough for us to give you a real answer rather than a range.
What it is likely to cost
Elopements and small weddings of up to about fifty guests run $1,200 to $3,000. A classic wedding day of up to about a hundred and sixty guests runs $2,500 to $6,500, which is where most couples we work with land. A full day from preparations through to the send-off, with two photographers, runs $6,500 to $11,000. Luxury, multi-day and destination weddings start at $11,000 with travel and accommodation included, and are quoted individually.
Engagement sessions start at $350, family sittings at $350, headshots and portraits at $250, and corporate work at $450. The full breakdown, including what sits inside each band, is on the prices and packages page.
What is always included
Venue research before the day. A written timeline brief about a month out. Every frame worth keeping, properly edited, in a private password-protected gallery with full-resolution downloads and a print release, so you can order prints anywhere you like. You get a short preview set within a few days, and the full gallery typically four to eight weeks after the event.
Look your venue up before you write to us
We research every venue before we photograph it, and we publish those write-ups free — 1,120 venue guides across forty-eight states. Find yours in the venue guides and you can read what we already know about the light, the rooms and the timeline before you have paid us anything. Where we have not photographed a venue ourselves, the guide says so plainly.
