These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. A separate, signed Photography
Services Agreement governs any booking you go on to make — where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
1. Who we are
Zenith Shots is a photography studio. You can reach us at hello@zenithshots.com, on (661) 443-6066, or by

2. Using this website
You may read this site, share links to it, and submit an enquiry. You may not copy our photographs, scrape the site,
or use anything here to train a machine-learning model without our written permission. The venue guides on our blog may
be quoted with attribution and a link.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a date and creates no obligation on either side. A date is held only
when you have signed the Photography Services Agreement and paid the retainer. Until both have happened we may take
another booking for that date, and we will tell you if someone else enquires about it.
4. Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this site are guide ranges to help you plan, not offers. Your quoted price is the one in the written
proposal we send you, and it holds for 30 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
5. Payment
A non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. Card
payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you pay by bank transfer we record the
reference against your booking.
6. Cancellation
The retainer is non-refundable in all circumstances once the agreement is signed. It pays for
holding the date and turning other work away for it. Beyond the retainer, the cancellation terms in clause 3 of your
signed agreement apply. If we have to cancel, we refund everything you have paid and our liability is limited to that
refund — set out in full in clause 7 of the agreement.
7. Your photographs
We keep copyright in every image. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to use, print and share your
photographs, and a print release so you can order prints anywhere. You may not sell them, license them to a third
party, or enter them in a competition as your own work.
We may show your images in our portfolio, on this site and on social media, unless you tell us in writing that you
would rather we did not. Just ask — we will not argue about it.
8. Delivery and how long your gallery stays online
Finished galleries are normally delivered within four to eight weeks. Your online gallery stays available
for 60 days from the day we tell you it is ready, after which the files are permanently deleted. We email
you a warning a week before that happens. Please download your full-resolution files and keep a copy in two places.
RAW files are not included and are not supplied.
9. Text messages
We only text you if you tick the consent box. Messages relate to your booking — your gallery being ready, a
reminder before your event. Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking,
and message and data rates may apply.
10. Our liability
Our total liability under these terms and your agreement is limited to the fees you have actually paid us. We are
not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you signed your
agreement. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Nothing here removes any right you have under the
consumer-protection law of the state where you live.
